By accessing or using Volarium (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Volarium(“we,” “us,” or “our”).
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's consent to use the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain false information, or remain inactive for an extended period.
Volarium is a personal trip tracking tool that allows you to log flights and hotels, visualize data on an interactive map, and view statistics about your travel history. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
Flight data displayed by the Service (including distances, durations, and route visualizations) is calculated automatically and may not be perfectly accurate. The Service should not be relied upon for navigation, official record-keeping, or any purpose requiring precise aviation data.
You retain full ownership of all flight data and content you enter into the Service (“Your Content”). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
If you enable a public profile, you additionally grant us the right to make Your Content (excluding private details such as fare, seat, and notes) accessible to other users and visitors via your profile URL.
You represent that you have the right to enter all data you provide and that Your Content does not violate any third party's rights.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates these provisions, including removing content, suspending accounts, and reporting to law enforcement.
We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove any content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms, is objectionable, or may expose Volarium or its users to harm. This includes but is not limited to:
We are not obligated to monitor all content but may do so at our discretion. Removal of content does not obligate us to provide notice or explanation, though we will make reasonable efforts to do so.
If you believe that content on the Service infringes your intellectual property rights, violates your privacy, or otherwise violates these Terms, you may submit a report to help@volarium.app with the following information:
We will review all reports and take appropriate action within a reasonable timeframe. We may remove or disable access to content that we determine is in violation, and may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat offenders.
The Service, including its design, code, graphics, logos, and user interface, is owned byVolarium and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.
Map data is provided by Mapbox and OpenStreetMap contributors under their respective licenses. Airport and airline data is sourced from publicly available aviation databases.
We strive to maintain the Service's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may:

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will meet your requirements; (b) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (c) flight data calculations (distances, durations, routes) will be accurate or complete; or (d) any defects in the Service will be corrected.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Volarium AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR FIFTY USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Volarium and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third party's rights; or (d) Your Content.
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting us at help@volarium.app.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 11, 12, 13, and 15) will survive.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in English.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Volarium regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting a notice within the Service or by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
